On my compose page, there is a new message today:
Update: We've improved the way we display access to plain text (convert line breaks) and markdown. Read about this and more in our overview of the new compose editor.
What I see in the edit window is ONLY PLAIN TEXT and HTML.
So I opened a support ticket and sent this provider the following.
Subject: WYSIWYG editor broken after update
For easy reference, give your help ticket a subject.
Detailed description of your problem or question:
Be sure to paste in any error messages you have received and to describe the activity leading to your problem. The more detailed your description, the easier it will be for us to help you.
Please reinstate the old editor or at least give a choice to use either old or update.
I pay for a working tool. If it stops working for reasons I am not responsible, it is a warranty case. After two failed repair attempts I have the right to demand my money back. Take your choice.

P.S. As I save this page, I notice my preferences are also reset to some default, I had the categories cleaned up. WASTING YOUR CUSTOMER'S TIME IS NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS.
